Tpslqr — Electricity bill double paid

Sir I paid electricity bill by scanning qr code on electricity bill to tpslqr but after that also the bill is not get paid so after I again paid rs.230 to MSEDC mahavitaran by phone pay so I paid the bill 2 times so I want refund.
