Tpslqr — I have paid the bill but it is not showing .

I have recently make a payment of my electricity bill of Mahavitran (consumer ID:[protected]** ) on 8th july to tpslQR and it is showing also that it have been debited but it is not submitted to Mahavitran and thus they are showing that i have pending bill. I would like you to resolve this problem asap.
