Tpslqr — Payment not received by mahavitran electric bill

Hello,
Yesterday on[protected] I have paid 1490 electricity bill by scanning QR Code on electric bill which is still showing payment is due. I think mahavitran not get my payment it was paid to tpslqr.
I made the payment through gpay.
Please check my payment it is debited from my account and payment is successful.
Request you to refund my money so ASAP so I can pay my electricity Bill.
