Sir i make a online transactions by phone pe for electric bill payment on 19 oct and the money will debit from my account and it is paid in the name of tpslqr but my electricity of msedcl will not filled what can i do please check status otherwise please refund my money immediately. Name pawankumar yadav. Transaction id p191019234160186992850. Please refund my money rs 770 to my account sbi
