We booked a consignment with tracking number[protected] on 18th October 2024, for shipment from Chennai to Uppal, Hyderabad. The consignment reached Trackon Couriers, Hyderabad, on 22nd October 2024.
However, as of 24th October 2024, the customer informed us that the materials had not yet been delivered. We contacted the Customer Care Team on the same day, registering a complaint (Ticket # T4147545) at 13:36. According to the Customer Care response, 24-48 hours were required for investigation.
On 25th October 2024, Trackon Customer Care informed us that the materials were "out for delivery." However, as of today, despite repeated follow-ups with Customer Care Executives and the Hyderabad Office, the materials remain undelivered.
This experience reflects a concerning level of negligence on Trackon Couriers' part, as it suggests a lack o[censored]rgency in addressing customer complaints.
We have been in consistent contact with Ms. Surekha (phone: +[protected] and other Customer Care Executives, including Ms. Prachi and Mr. Hemant. Yet, despite our efforts and the fact that the materials arrived at their destination five days ago, they remain undelivered.
The delays and poor service from Trackon Couriers have impacted our ability to meet our customer's requirements.
