On Jan 11th 2024, I get a call from Faisal about Dollar index going up on my phone from WhatsApp...I have never talked to him. I had talked to Amar Talsaniya who happened to be have helped move my Father's equity transferred to my Mom's account. He stated that did Faisal call, I said yes. Now I was busy with work and he without my consent, money involved l, without explaining the Put, or brokerage fees involved takes a bet and calls me within 1 min to tell me I have lost as it's hit the stop loss ...even till this point he has not told me what were the losses. He his the brokerage fees till I got the contract the next day. This person Amar Talsaniya is a fraud who has the blessings of the Branch Manager, Assistant Manger and the Management to commit frauds. They showed me a contract where they have debited 1.35 lacs. I will be waiting for the grievances, have already lodged a complain with SEBI and will reach out to NSE.
A Fraudulent Brokerage house losing customers because of Scamsters working who are protected my Management and Seniors.
I urge NSE, SEBI and regulators to get involved and help us from such fraudsters who take our hard earned money
