We signed up with TradeXl in November 2016 for Google Adwords promotion. They told us they were official google partners. We paid them Rs 30000 + ST as per their contract. The representative was Mr. Aniket, Pune office. We agreed upon all terms in writing. All aspects like countries where the promotions will be done, daily budget, etc were confirmed.
Then all the surprises started coming in. Nothing was done till mid December. Then after many calls they replied saying your adwords is live. I could not see our ads anywhere but they insisted they were running and we have to just believe them. I asked them send us one screenshot where we can see our ad is being shown. They could not send a SINGLE screenshot and apparently our ads are running daily but they cannot provide even one example. ANOTHER BIG FRAUD is their dashboard. This is their internal dashboard which has nothing to do with Google. On this they show us our balance and amount spent on ads, but there is no evidence where and how this money is spent. They just provide you with a dashboard which shows your money is being spent everyday with no further evidence of what is happening.
Our daily budget was fixed at Rs 300. I have been running Google Adwords since 2012 on my own and there was never a problem. Even they had agreed to this in writing. They started spending Rs 750 a day without my approval and secondly like I said without even one rupee being justified. Basically they cannot provide evidence of one ad actually being displayed on google.
I am sure they are NOT creating any ads on google, the entire money goes into their pocket. They provide you with a fictitious dashboard which is not approved by Google or has no other legal verification and you just assume your ads are being displayed and you are being charged for it.
I am filing a consumer case against them, if there are others who have suffered in same or similar ways please get it touch so we can make a very strong case against them. I have all our communication in writing so its a crystal clear case which I am going ahead with. Was this information helpful? |
