Yesterday in madanapalli chittoor district evening 7:20pm at ntr circle, traffic police using abusing language about my parents and he is talking my personal. He is behaving like road side begged also begging for money in smart way wearing police uniform, that bloody blostered collected more than rules without helmet fine is 100/, he collected 200/ from me.
