I have applied for new connction on timbl Boradband, I have word with Mr. Sheeta Puri for connection but at the time of connection she will not told me about another charges. but at the time of connection they said extra chrges will be applicable for wire.

I have applied for refund process 22.09.2019 on at ther customer care, also talk with his seniors, no one reply.

could you please interven and arrange my refund.
