Sundirect dth recentily with out my permission changed my package to kannada dpo package 3. Their customer care numbers are not working at all.
Recentily i have paid online to malalalam dpo package 1, my money debited from my account but package also not changed.

I am not able to contact the sundirect in any manner.
Today i got a call and message that my email complaint resolved, without resolving any thing
Please take a strict action against this provider. They are cheating us.
