Trai — unsolicited calls from telemarketer

Hello,

Have already registered for DND almost a year ago and still getting calls from tele-marketers. Mobile Number - [protected] & [protected]. They have even been abusing and harrassing me every now and then.

They have been calling me even after telling not to call but they keep calling me. Specially [protected] is may be a manager / Owner of this firm who has not confirmed the company name but keep calling and saying calling from HDFC bank.

Pls share the complaint number also.

Also share the status of the complaint.

I am a Jio customer and to procure an additional sim I am asked to visit to take a photo along with the original adhaar card. Why is it complicating to obtain sim card as against the practice of punching and identification verification with adhaar portal. Why such a cumbersome process?
Is this the norms of the govt please advise

I have rechage Airtel no. [protected].
By mistake Airtel mobile no.[protected]
Is recharge amount RS.399.00.
I have recharged plan selected by Delhi/NCR region but recharge Maharashtra region.but discuss with customer was not used 4g sim data use only 2g . message not show for recharge amount RS.399/.

Bina permission ke mera dth plan change kar diya gaya or koi information nahi kiya gaya isliye me is seva se bilkul bhi khush nhi hu mera purane package vapas start kare ya mera airtel dth connection ko band kar de or airtel c.c bolte hai ki apne aap change ho jata hai mera sept month ka 275 rupay west ho gaye or me koi bhi chenal nhi dekh paya
