I had placed an order on 18th Aug 2019 through facebook ad from the website named as trandingsaree.com and today I received the parcel but i had ordered a suit which was pink and lemon colour but i received a saree in ash colour whose quality is very cheap. It
It was COD, postman said he wanted the plastic bag in which it was wrapped because he wanted to send money using the barcode as per his words, so he himself open the packet and in front of him itself i told its a wrong item. And he asked to claim for return from the website and he took the wrapper and money.
I m attaching the details of the ordered item, their confirmation sms etc.
This is my 1st ever purchase from this website and the order sms confirmation also shows different number as #15335 where as in the parcel slip it shows after checking as 15587
I tried to call on the number given on the parcel but its not getting connected, also their website does not opens today, i wanted to return the item. Kindly help me with it asap.
