Trandingsaree — wrong item received

I had placed an order on 18th Aug 2019 through facebook ad from the website named as trandingsaree.com and today I received the parcel but i had ordered a suit which was pink and lemon colour but i received a saree in ash colour whose quality is very cheap. It was a cash on delivery order. I wanted refund. Their contact no not getting connected and website is not responding.
