Transdeals.in — manipulation over phone to use my credit card

The agent called saying that he is calling from icici bank. Informed me about a offer. I was ok with it in the beginning. But then i did not want to proceed.
When i said i am not comfortable with making the payment, they said that they are anyway going to deduct the payment as i have opted for it and i would also not send the gifts as offered by them.

Thinking of them to be related to icici bank and having all my card details i had to make the payment as i would lose on both sides. I

The agent tricked me into paying by making me forcefully enter the card details.
Payment made : 8750 inr.
I need a refund of my money.
