Sir, I travelled in a town bus TN33 2025 and the conductor name is S.Deivasikamani. The route number is 12E. The incident took on 12th august 2015 around 6 pm. I gave 5 rupees and asked to give 1 ticket to manikoondu which is second stop from my place. He gave me ticket and balance one rupee. He said me to get down in the first stop itself telling that i asked ticket for first stop only. I said that i asked ticket for second stop only. he said ok then give me balance one rupee also. i gave him. he didnt change the ticket. When i asked him he said that you have to ask that correctly. Actually he didnt listen properly. but he turned that as my mistake. He didnt even feel sorry for that. He talked wrongly to me that i am cheating and shouting at me in front of public. whether he will behave like that only to passengers keeping mistake in his side. I request to take necessary action on him. Thank you.
