Transport Department Rajasthan — do not accept the half ticket of school student having identity card in low flower jstcl 9

I had wriiten proof of bus conductor for his mal pratice...!
Today i travelling in jctsl low flower bus in jaipur rajasthan when i told to give me half ticket! Conductor was refused to give and say that... During school summer vacation the half ticket of student is allowed... Then he charged the rest full...!
This is very shame on this department for treating this type of sevice to a school student of emmanuel mission school or others as well as infant!
I req for take a bold action upon the conductor of 9 a jctsl low flower bus!
