Transport Department Rajasthan — Inconveniences during traveling

I started traveling from sarai kale khan delhi to kotputli at 6.40 am.
It start rain after 15 minutes and i get wet becouse window was not closing even i ask conductor to close the window, he did not respond to close the window, he shouted me to close the window.. I was socked of his behaviour.. I cant understance how people will travel in the govt buses
I have seen even smoking in the bus.. Its ridiculous.
