The bus met with an accident because of poor driving . When customer asked for replacements the bus staffs replaying vulgarly like “you can use coming bus’ front bench seat orelse stay in road” that’s the service they provided, after 5 hours of accident i’ m still in the road .
Poor service, poor staff behaviour, no respect for customers
