I had a contract with Imazine holidays Pvt.Ltd,Delhi,for a tour at Shimla-Manali this month.As per the agreement after paying 40% of total contract amount they email me the hotel vouchers and other particulars.After reaching Manali on 07.06.13 at 12.30 pm ,totally exhausted (both my wife & my 7yr.old daughter, suffering from motion sickness)by whole night journey by road from Delhi,a travel agent of this company took me to hotel President(voucher issued of this hotel)/Manali.We were happy enough that we can get refreshed & will get some food,but very soon our dream came to a nightmare that there was no booking by my name.After conversation with the receptionist(Mr.Sunny) of hotel President I came to know that no payments had been done as advance by the Imazine Holidays and also came to know that this company is very much irregular in payments so they stopped making any business with them.Then after lots of STD phone calls they arranged another hotel after 2hrs.
This is not the end.Surprise was till waiting at Shimla.they provide me the voucher of hotel Rhasik/Shimla,but reaching there on 11.06.13 by road at 9.00pm the same incidence repeat once again.I came to know that there was no booking by my name I got the same complain from reception of hotel Rhasik.In the same way after lots of STD phone calls to Delhi and local agent they arrange a very poor quality hotel in a odd place.
So,I ask to the Imazine Holidays Pvt.Ltd for proper compensation for the harassments I & my family had faced.
My apple to the owners/managers of hotel President & hotel Rhasik to raise your voice against this Imazine Holidays pvt.ltd for unauthorized using of the name of your hotels which hampers your reputation.
