called us last year and invited me and my wife for travel holidays. On their several calls, when we went there to check out, their sales person made a presentation on travel and showed that they have various hotels under their empanellment and made us belief. They offered us a trial package for 6/7 days-nights at Luni Fort, Jodhpur and free complimentary package for Rs. 10000/-. We fell in trap and we made a payment through credit card. Since last year, we have made hundreds calls/ exchanged emails for booking and all the times, they refused by giving one explanation or other. Now, they are asking additional Rs. 5000/- on exchange package as well as Rs. 4000 on trial package. This is really fraud and humiliation to us.
