Travelagent-Santosh — Travel agent fraud - double payment of international round trip ticket

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to complain about a travel agent who has cheated me and made me pay double time huge amount of money during my roundtrip journey in the year 2015 from Toronto, Canada-Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

I have never met this travel agent in person and have had only email/phone exchange. Whenver he books a round trip ticket for us, while returning from chennai he issues a new one way ticket again. Our initial roundtrip ticket gets cancelled. He issues a new ticket when we are in chennai again for us to travel back to Toronto. Similarly last year when I travelled with my family, onward from Toronto was fine. But when we returned from chennai, he issued a ticket after calling him lac times and made us travel. But only when we reached our transit airport which was Frankfurt, we came to know that we had to pay $7500 CAD. I have paid for my round trip ticket after I reached chennai. I was really shocked to know this and I was told by travel agent at the desk that I wont be allowed to board the flight if I dont pay them $7500 as the travel agent who issued the ticket as used FRAUD CREDIT CARD.
When I called him from the transit airport he did agree to pay me the amount which am remitting in the airport. After several followups and emails and phone calls(which he hardly picks up) we were able to recover 2.25 lacs only.

He has not given me Re. 1.75 LACS.

We already paid him 2 lacs for our tickets before starting our travel from Toronto, canada apart from all the money remitted above.

We have proof for all the above said happenings. Please let us know if you can trace him and get us the money back. I would like to formally log a complaint against him. He has been doing some fraud business and everytime his tickets were cancelled. But he rebooks the ticket and we use to travel with fear. He is based out of Hyderabad and I have his residence address and phone number as well.

I need somebody's help to take quick action against him. I currently live in Toronto, Canada.
