We had a trip to srilanks with 20 family memebers.. All the payments were done before the trip and suddenly we found that the hotels and our flights were not booked. we had to pay the additional amount ourselves and travel and stay in the hotel to avoid embarrassment.
Travel chacha ( Ms Anu/Mr AMit / Mr Ajay/Mr Sanjay ) all were aware of this and since 2 years they have been playing hide and seek with us.
We need our money pls.

(Tickets + package cost) INR 298, 695/- (as per attached invoice)
Amount paid to JNW Lanka tour INR 83, 300/- (as per transaction copy)
Total – A INR 381, 995/-
Cost of new tickets – B INR 183, 971/- (AED 10232 * 17.98 Exchange rate)
Total (A+B) INR 565, 966/-
Less: Package cost
(Only land package ) INR 214, 355/- This is without the cost of Floyd, Diana and 1 child
