This is to inform that on 14th march 2020 ms priya and one of her justdial manager had visited us (Travelogue-boutique) insisting us to allow them to serve us.
We were reluctant as our previous experiences with marketing companies (Exporter india) was not good.
They insisted us and we accepted their request of going for a one month trial. To which they requested us to give them time for a month and half. We said to they that we shall make payment by cash only and paid them 2300/- (Approx) which they accepted. There after they asked for a picture of a blank cancelled cheque. We sent them the cheque two days later.
The month of march passed by and lockdown came into existence.
We received an sms from our bank for a transaction of 2300/- (Approx) we immediately called up ms priya and she said that she is not aware of what was happening and that she can attend to our grievance only after the lockdown is lifted and for the time being she asked my to withdraw the balances from my account to be on the safe side. On the 13th of april i received the sms stating that my account has been debited.
We were annoyed and tried contacting both ms priya and her manager but to no avail as non of them were receiving our call. We straightaway contacted our bank and they after checking with themselves stated us to go for a general diary as this is clear case of fraud.
We requested them to kindly block our account so that further amount is not debited.
Now we want to question justdial, we are not writing this for a refund, that you keep, we want justice as we were very much reluctant to join with any marketing platform but only on their request and good gesture we kept aside our issues with our previous marketer.
We really don't care about what terms and conditions does JustDial has. We were mislead by Ms Priya and Ms Mandira and we would like JustDial to take severe action and terminate them if required as this experience of our will be shared throughout. We are mainly exporter of leather goods and have a major hold with exporters and importers and we shall definitely share our experience with them. It will only add to your brand image.
The only question arises here is after this incident should JustDial trust their Executives or the Sufferers(Customer) the choice is really theirs.
We also request you to check consumercomplaints.in to see where JustDial ECS stands.
Stop our ECS service right away or we shall take this to court with our CCTV audio enabled footage.
This is pure case of fraud from justdial and we dont want to put this to social media and get sympathy we only want justice. And we look forward to that.
