[Resolved]  Travolook — Online ticket booking scam - Refund to done

Greetings of the day,

I had booked my flight tickets through trovolook platform on 21st july (booking reference number :REF[protected]. After my payment (INR11585) compilation I received a call from travolook(ph.no:[protected] my ticket was cancelled due to fair expiration and a refund will be initiated in 5 days. Now it's been over 40days and still could not get my refund. not able to contact them through mail(auto reply getting mail address not found) and phone calls, They keep on telling me the amount will be refunded within 3days. I already registered a complaint in the NHC portal on 19th Aug. still am not getting any response. When I check in online I know many are facing the same issue.

kindly look into the matter and request to take action on this online scam.
