Trendin.com — Refund is not processed into my bank account from Tendin.com (Aditya Birla Company)

My order number is 606409 (order date 4th of August, 2015). I got this order delivered in two shipments. First shipment was absolutely fine and good experience. Now second shipment. I got a van huesen shoe rather than 5 shirts of Bare Denim/Leisure. Although the invoice (on top of the shipment) was clearly showing I have got 5 shirts delivered, so I opened the package. But beyond that it was shocking to see a shoe box. Now I called up customer service and they are saying you need to return and returns have been initiated for those shirts (which I had never received) and two shirts from my previous sipment, although system is showing I had received 5 shirts (what a IT system they have, Horrible). They are shipping a shoe against an order of 5 shirts and that is never reflected in system. Anyway against that order of 8 shirts, I returned 7 shirts and got a refund for only 3 shirts. Shirts which are returned other than shoe, refund for them is not yet initiated. It seems there is some problem with courier company as well. I had paid 6825.00 against my order 606409 and got a refund of 1692.89 and I am supposed to get[protected].97= 5173 instead refund has been initiated for only 1692.89. Horrible, be careful before you buy from Trendin.com. Regards, Sandip
