Sir i had purchased a vehicle from treo tata motors safdarjung enclave. My registration is from another state. I had done it and document received for number plate from there is submitted in dealership. Dealer is asking to pay 2000 rs for number plate after that he will provide number plate. Govt had made amendment last uear that customer had not to pay extra for number plate dealshipship has to provide hsrp plate. Because its charges is included in vehicle cost. Dealer told that you had pay in other rto so you have to pay it. But sir registration chahrge is different thing and vehicle cost is different thing.
