Tricolour Properties is a fradulent company. They do not have proper financial controls, leading to internal financial frauds, which effects customers directly. Because of their internal frauds, they delay allotment and registration of plots. Sometimes, delay is more than 4 years.
They look as a professional company with all the approvals for their ventures like DTCP approval, RERA approval. But their executives do all the fradulent practices. They issue fradulent pass books, and do not account money paid by you properly. Also, they lure public by proposing 8% discount because of their MD's Birthday and blah blah...but at the time of plot registration, they make you pay all the amount, discount which is promised is not accounted anywhere. Never purchase a plot in this company in pre-launch. They will not give you promised plot and will ask to move to the extended venture and will sell the plot allotted to you to some other person.
I have seen few real estate companies, who look for customer delight, like if you make full payment, they will ensure you go for registration immediately and deliver registration documents at your place. But his company, though after collecting full amount, they are least bothered about customers, they do not allot proper plot which they promise and will force you to take some irregular plot. Unethical company without proper values and no financial controls.
