Trident Automobiles — car insurance policy

This is with regard to the car insurance policy for car no. Ka09p9241, which i have taken previously processed by you. I have been continuing with chola mandalam for past many years and would have continued this year. But on 4th october, your representative just vocally told me that the insurance cost and gst is higher and tried to sell insurance from tata aig. I had provided the check in good faith that you would process honestly keeping the customers need in mind. I asked for quotation which was sent on 5th october, whereas chola sent me their quotation on 4th itself. Once i realised that chola itself is giving me car insurance much lesser than what trident proposed, i had clearly mention to ms. Roopa on 4th october itself to not process my check and i will take it from chola. They asked me through sms for processing the isnurance which i did not respond on 6th october. Even after this, my check has been presented to the bank and amount of rs 6051/- has been debited on 10th october. I never gave any go ahead to process after i realised that the premium amount is higher than what it was last year.

Last year premium: rs 5404
Proposed premium by trident: rs 6051
Actual premium for chola: rs 5478

I have already taken insurance from chola and i donot want another insurance from your team.

Please ensure that i receive the refund of money back in full rs 6051/- with no deductions as soon as possible
