As per the trail mail we and mail sent by you on 03.02.16 you requested for refund as we was processed for refund but you already lodge a complain against over company as Mr. Hariom Kumar did earlier and we already refund Mr. Hariom money but as per his commitment he didn't remove the complain lodge by him and as per our conversation we already told him until and unless he remove the complain we cant process to refund your money and for refunding your money firstly Mr. Hariom and you have to delete your complain as we are fulfilling our commitment but you people are not fulfilling your commitment so kindly remove the complaint and you will get the refund money same day on your account and for more complain kindly revert and ack. on the same mail.

As you had refunded mine money: i had already marked complaint resolved,
As your salesman has cheated us by offering sony xperia Tab or Samsung s6 edge plus as assured gift and which your company didn't honored. Hence on feeling cheated we had requested for full amount and as per your reply in mail and on this website you had already regretted.
Now the point is we don't know who this company is. we came to know from your salesperson call on the name of promotional assured gift.
Mr Shekhar money is with you since 07.01.2016 and you had already communicated in mail and this website that you will refund first mine and then of Mr Shekhar Kumar.
we are once again requesting you we don't have any grudges with your company and hence we are behind you till we receive our full money. Hence you are once again requested to refund the full amount of Mr Shekhar Kumar at the earliest.
or else we are bound to move on lodging official complaint as well as the information shall be passed on to Print and electronic media as well as you are very much aware that at present era we can reach all government officials of this country within a minute using social and electronic media which will automatically give results as per your desire.
We are once again asking to honor your previous mail regarding refund and please don't test our limit of patience.
At this juncture this is to inform that we are giving you time till 13.02.2016 for crediting amount is the same account of Mr Shekhar Kumar from which payment was made or else after that date we are not responsible for any loss to image of your company.
Remark: The no of days you are delaying its proportional to loss of image of your company and i think you can understand making repo is time taking job but regaining lost image is almost impossible.

I think Tripgateway is not interested in resolving the issue and hence we can't wait unlimited time. Tripgateway either respond/refund or else we had already planned to lodge complaint and to send the all the details to corresponding government official other than social, print and electronic media.

I had not posted complaint by choice it's because of cheated by your dedicated sales team and not getting refund from you even after repeated reminder.
For you the website may be fake it doesn't matter for me but for me your sales team is fraud and fake including management because finally such a huge no of fraud by sales team is not possible without support of management. Just see details

during last one month i mailed many times to tripgateway.in to cancelled my trip but they are not replying my mail. after launching complain on this site they writing mail to me. but till now they didnot refund my money. now tripgateway.in requesting to change the status of complain resolve but i will not change the status till i get the money back.
Still the amount not got credited in account.
