Salesman calling by saying his name as varun patel that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift samsung galaxy 6edge plus mobile if i bye there holiday package worth 10499. My suspecpecion of fraud he said our calls are recorded. On belief i had paid the amount. Latter on they started deviating from there statement hence i requested for refund by mail. I am not able to understand that how you got this message as resolved.
I have filed a case (Case No, - CC/17/166 ) against him Tripgateway (M/s Trekocity Holiday Consultant Pvt. Ltd) in consumer Court Anand, Gujarat.
He or his representative had not present in the court on given date (ie 29.07.2017). Next date given by Consumer Court is 19.08.2017.
