I ordered a designer preety kurti-008-l off rs 399+ (100) delivery fee+ (31.92) tax total (530.92). I received a wrong parcel for which i called but no one answered and was told to mail on this site... It is very dis-appointing and non satisfactory thing to happen... And instead of kurti am being delivered with a long pinkish color cloth a plain cloth... I want it to get changed or want my cash back.
Please reply as soon as you see the mail... Highly disappointing

patole's response I do not want anything right now but you refund me.

I have ordered a kurti and received a piece of cloth which was of poor quality and of no use to me and I am really annoyed

I had ordered a ghagra but sari came instead.
The number given by you is wrong?
And the mail ID that is given is also wrong because no mail is being sent.
Let us know what is happening to us.

I want to inform to you, as per my order number 66836 placed with triviyaa.com, on 25th March, 2018. I have received my order with wrong product . I had order Sari but received Suit. i attach the bill with this mail & I want to return my wrong order & kindly provide me right product .

I have ordered lehenga but I get sarees which i want to return
Any kind of contact with the triviyaa is not possible for what I don't know
Now I am getting frustrated due to such behaviour
I just want my money back
The consumer contact no. When dailed Is replied os it does not exist
Mail was not received by them as server is preconfigured
