Truck Parking — illegal parking of trucks and trailers

Hello sir, i am residing in roadpali sec 17. There are some vacant plots lying on which probably the construction will take place in future. The issue is that the trucks and traliers are being parked which makes this area very noisy and polluted. The trucks have their workshops as well where they keep repairing the vehicle whole day and the machines and hammering makes the area very noisy. This is a residential area and the plot are to be used for construction not for heavy vehicle parking. I request you to please consider the issue and take the necessary steps.
