Truecaller — Displaying incorrect name

Truecaller is displaying a wrong name to my number whenever I call to anyone which is leading to dishonor in my society. I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue with Truecaller but there is no response from them and they just mailed that your complaint has been resolved. This issue is degrading my public image and name, which in turn is against one of my human rights
