Am informing you that am travelling to Kamareddy to Banswada with one eye surgery patient and two small childrens (below 3 years of age), I requested to conducter madam please we want sit in Bus before going to Bus point and she started arguments with me. the behavior of conducter is worst and she says "Naa istam"...

These type of some employee's behavior, passengers are to interested to travel in private Vehicles.
