Hi. I am from ladakh and i recently bought a new royal enfield bike for which i had full insurance and now after almost one and half month, the engine of bike got cracked for which cost me around 26000: than i rush to royal enfield showroom at leh from where i had approached the concerned insurance agent of new india insurance mr. Nissar (M[protected] at srinagar office. As per his guidelines i had forwarded all necessary documents and photographs but after few days he totally ignore my call / messages.
Being from a remote area, i request your good self that to please look after to my problem and acknowledge me.
