I had booked flight from HappyEasyGo on 11th April 2020 ( ₹2829/-)and return flight on 19th April 2020 (₹2193/-). But unfortunately while spreading of global decease (Covid 19) in India so my flight was cancelled. But HappyEasyGo announced we can reschedule the booking which is cancelled against Covid 19. So after a long back I recently tried to Reschedule the flight booking on 11th April 2021 which I already Paid ( ₹2829/- )Also paid extra ( ₹602/-) for processing fee. Now they saying cannot conform Flight ticket because of due to inventory sold out. Now Happy EasyGo is not taking any response for refund the amount
I Directly communicate with Indigo and asked about the refund, They said refund was initiated on 19th Aug 2020 to TSI Yatra Pvt ltd. ( Ref Number :[protected] Also I tried to communicate with TSI Yatra Customer care and they not respond properly and disconnected the call
