Dear Sir, This is with regards to the Heavy bill that was levied for May 2021. Also, there is the flickering of lights and quite often observed there are High and low voltages. Due to this my TV's power module has failed and I had incurred Rs.5000/- to get it replaced. I'm wondering if there is any pilferage of electricity from someone on the ground floor. Therefore, I request you send the electrician to inspect and fix the issue.
