Hi Sir/Madam,
I tried to book a room in tirumala on 26th September for my darshan on 3rd November but got failed with money 2000 rupees debited from account. Few minutes later got message that money will be credited in 7days but still I didn't receive money 2000. Please check the screenshot for reference and help in getting my money back.
