Previously, On September 7, 2020, also once I had sent my electric induction cook gas, but they did it very naively, again it had stopped working .
On 29th October 2020, I had made an induction cook repair request to Prestige service centre . My induction cook is in the insurance warranty period and I have bought the warranty insurance further . Till then, they did not deliver it to me . I had intimated to the Prestige Service centre, they had given many dead lines, but they never deliver it to me for whatsoever reason .

I am a hepatitis B syndrom weak liver 38 years woman .

since 29th October uptill now, If I had communicated once in a week, then the service centre misbehaved with me .
Either give my Repaired Prestige Induction cooker back at the earliest with good condition or give me another good set .

I am disgusted with their unprofessionalism, bad servicing and falsifying statement . and very much rude behaviour .

There we customer had to give or write several mails or communicate many times then they will come and thereafter also, they will not the best service .

I can not give you picture, because they had taken my Induction cook set
