My prestige gas stove knob has brokening and this is the second time that the knob is keep on brokening, when ever we call call centers they wont send there technician nor there technician will atleast give a call and enquire what is the problem. They are playing with customers if gas stove got leakage and if any accident happens will prestige company take that responsibility. In our home old age peoples are there and I am very afraid on gas stove and we should be very cautios and company should provide good service. Today dated 09.07.2021 technician arrived and he is trying to put some other knob which does not match for that model. After customer gives complaints specific to knob how come they can come to service without spare. Is this a good service, for the same knob this is the second time it is happening and they keep on tell that there is no spare this has proved that there product quality is not good and they do not maintain the spares which is required for service. I asked for product replacement for this technician should tell itsims, it is customer who pays there hard earned money to buy the product why technician should certify. This means is customer telling lies or else let prestige company come up with correct spare appropriate to mode and fit the spare else company should replace the product for me or let us pay back my money as I am no more interested in prestige product and also I got a very good experience of there prestige service.
please help me to replace the product or else let us pay back my money.
