fraud tts recruiters in kolkata

Tts recruiters are a job consultant located in kolkata. They promised me as per the attached receipt that i would get interview calls and got me registered for rs700. But its been more than 4 months now, they have neither arranged interview calls but they promised me that if they are not given any interview call
So that they refund my money (Rs-700). But, now they are not receive my ph[protected],[protected]. They are very smart....

I am a paid member of this tts recruiters, kolkata and they have assured to conduct the interviews in different companies but they fail to conduct a single interview for me from the last 3 months when i went there in the office of tts they charged me with the i am not picking up the phone they have made several times, i have mailed for refunding of the amount but after several mails they didn't bother to reply what the status is and there...
