Tula's Institute Dehradun — Regarding college fee.

My college Tula's Institute Dehradun is asking for the whole year fee in this month (Sept 2014), although our college session starts from august every year. At the time of admission they (college) said that the fee will be deposited on the basis of per semester. But now they want whole money in the month of sep 2014. If we went to the college authority for fee deposit time extention, they refused every time. Now they are charging Rs1000...

i have been selected in a company (assurgent tech. sol. pvt ltd.) have taken 1 lakh rs as a security deposit will be refundable after 1 yr but right now no job as well as no money back. college is also not giving any response regarding this.plz take the necessay action regarding the college about fraud placement...
