I'm shopping for regular free size

The back pockets not stitched properly. ZIP issues ( See attached photos)
The package was not intact . The thank you card was not sealed. tags were removed . and the covering thread was missing .
When opened it was looking like earlier the package was opened by some one and same was shipped to me with new order details.
unable to upload photos on return and exchange section on the web site. No details after the shipment was sent for exchange .The guy said I will receive message but no information.
I had ordered 2 jeans both were found defective . kindly do the QC checking before dispatch. This was not expected from a start up company.
Hence decided to refund rather than exchange.

Hope you understand the concern and future deliveries will be in good shape.

I ordered a tshirt on 25th oct.but till date no communication from turmswear.when I call or email, no responding or reply.I already paid Rs.799 through online payment.itsalready 17days gone.

Worst products..they don't have customer care..they will not do return the product..once they received the money they will not give..am filing a case against the company on consumer court..Don't buy from them..fake

I recently got tshirt from them. Quality is good and maintained from previous experiences. They haverestarted some months back in 2022, under new owners. So any one having issues can reach out to them for earlier issues
