Turmswear — the "stain repellent" jeans

They claim that their jeans is "stain repellent" but they are not so as experienced. After wearing and using the jeans for two weeks only and after 1-2 washes the jeans lose theri "stain repellent" property.
If they can't provide that quality they should not base their whole company around it.
I loved the idea when i saw it but now after experiencing the lies you guys are selling i doubt i'll shop again or recommend others.
Moreover whats with the only one time return policy or one time exchange policy? Are you guys even serious about your brand?
And the costumer support is so bad and so unhelpful that i wonder why do you guys even have a division of for that.

Myself Rajib.order no.261973, I ordered a tshirt from trumswear.com on 25th oct.2019 through online payment.but till date my order is not deliver to me abd when I contact to customer care number they not responding.There is no option to cancel my order on website.
So I want my amount back or send the product as soon possible.
Kindly help me.

We have place the 2 shirt order with turmswear on 19.12.2019.
But still they are not yet dispatched my order.

We have sent the mail and no response from them and customer care also not given a proper response to us.

My Order No is 300310.Placed on 19.12.19

We cant able to cancel my order.No option for cancellation.

Please help us.

I have returned 4 clothes and delivery guy has picked up but no status on the refund amount
It's been an week and I've mailed to their customer service but no update
