I have been charged bounce charges for the month of September and October 2020 even after maintaining sufficient account balance for ECS deduction, on 15th Sep 2020 one of your employee called me named "YOGESH DEEPAK HAKE" he told me my check got bounced and had to transfer my EMI amount to his google pay to pay for ECS, he told me if i paid on 15th sep i will not get any additional charges so i transferred him the amount immediately! After that on 15th Oct also i had sufficient balance for ECS deduction still the amount was not deducted purposely!! I had to pay manually throung your TVS credit app on 15thOCT. Now when i apply for NOC you tell me i have Bounce charges for 2 months?????? What the Hell? I called customer care 5 times they tell to mail bank statement i mailed my whole 2 years bank statement from my email "[protected]@gmail.com" still no replay from your side. I'm starting to this it was a mistake buying any TVS product! if my issue is not resolved and the unnecessary bounce charges removed i'll be making sure in the future not a single of my Friends or Family are buying any of the fraud TVS products.
