Hi this is Sreekanth from Anantapur Andhra Pradesh, I have opted loan for used car (Amt 230000 and loan no AP 3019 CA0000322) from TVS credit in Dec 2015, Was everything good till may 2016, suddenly their was problem in ECS and continuously 4 cheque bounces, even I maintained the sufficient Amt and account statement have been shared with TVS people. Even though they not accepted the problem in their internal system, apart from they asked to update other account for ECS. I give request to update my CANARA BANK account for ECS in September 2016 . I got Oct 2016 EMI debited from CANARA BANK account. Nov emi not debited when I asked explanation their was no ans from TVS employee and got a sms to pay EMI by NEFT, I did the NEFT. Again Dec 2016 EMI not got debited even I have Rs.40300 in my account, when I demand an explanation, first they said Account on hold, why?... Inactive account, I have shown an last 11 months statement with regular transactions. Secondly they siad, drawer signature mismatch... they how you debited OCT 2016 EMI... again no ans ... actually my wife works for CANARA bank in the same Branch where I have the account and I works for a leading corporate Bank as a Deputy Manager. Because this TVS credit people I got a huge damage to my credit score. Here I demand an immediate explanation and problem should be recalled immediately.
