As i paritosh jaiswal ex-employee of your organisation in which i have send a courier through speed post to you on dated 11/07/2018 in which you have received my courier on dated 13/07/2018 where i got a text message from your side that you have received and processed my docs for pf apply and also i have send the docs in which courier contains following doc's:-

A. Claim form 19 and 10c
B. Pan card self attested
C. Aadhar card self attested
D. Front page of bank passbook self attested
E. Cancelled cheque leaf with name printed on it

After then i had applied to online rti for pf withdrawal by paying a fee of rs.10/-, and today i have received a message from rti office that rpfc -2 chennai does not received my aforesaid docs for further process which i already sending you in attachment a screen shot of rti online reply.

So, i request you to kindly speedup your process and get submit my aforesaid docs to rpfc comissioner so that they can help me to get clear and get credited my pf amount of rupees into my a/c...
