Twidpay — Amount was deducted from my account while placing an order but order didnt confirm

I was placing an order for keto sweetener from wellversed.com and while i was at payment gateway by twidpay i paid ₹335(after using gift card and pay with rewards by twidpay) using phonepe app and the amount was deducted from my account but it said payment failed on the site. I’m attaching the screenshots below.
