Twinstar Industries Ltd. — Aadhar card

Representatives of twinstar Industries charged me Rs. 250 for issue of aadhar cardon 15 jan 2017 and issued a receipt bearing enrolment no 1469/71145/00486 but till date I haven't received my Aadhar card.They were authorised by UP DESCO for that task. Kindlyprovide me aadhar card. The company men were called by Resident Welfare Association of Sector 30 Noida and in thier office in there knowledge the money was taken.The company representatives told me that they will provide aadhar card on a thick hardboard displayed by them and they will deliver it within a week.
