[Resolved]  Two Wheeler Loan — ecs query

Dear sir,

I am karthikeyan from thanjavur,[protected] i took a two wheeler loan from thanjavur hdfc bank, loan approved by mr. Praveen, my loan number is: 47060919, from may month i paid emi to your representative, still now ecs is not activated, from that month i called mr. Praveen and asked about that he didn't give a proper response to me and every month upto 19th i maintain amount in my account if you want i can send the bank details to you, but this month bank charge rs. 796 fine, i went and ask the bank simply they told me registered account number it is wrong in the system so u give the proof again ecs it will be activated for the month of october.

My question is when i taking the loan i submit my proper bank statement and account number, so mistake is yours not mine, by your mistake why should i pay pay unnecessary extra amount to the bank, and bank (Mr. Subash) told me next month also you should pay extra amount because ecs will activate by october only.

1. Can u clarify mistake is not mine, then why should i pay extra money this month and next month?

2. Is this your response giving to your customer?
